How can we help?
Willowbridge is provided through participating medical practices, so the fastest help usually starts with your practice or care team — but we're easy to reach directly, too.
Patients using the Willowbridge app
- Medical questions or symptoms: contact your care team through the app's Messages tab or call your doctor's office. If you think you are having an emergency, call 911 — the app is not for emergencies.
- Can't sign in / lost your registration link: your care team can issue a fresh registration link or QR code in seconds — call the office and ask.
- Forgot your PIN: ask your care team to reissue your access; you'll choose a new PIN.
- Requesting or correcting your records, or deleting your account: your medical practice is the custodian of your record — ask them directly (see our Privacy Policy, section 6).
Care teams using Willowbridge Care
- Account or access issues: your practice administrator manages logins, roles, and two-factor resets from Tenant Settings.
- Product questions or issues: use the in-app Support tab (it reaches us directly), or email us below.
